Protective cushions
We design and manufacture custom protective cushions to meet the diverse safety needs of ski resorts and snow parks. Our products include:
- Lift tower pads – to protect skiers and snowboarders around chairlift towers.
- Light pole and snowmaking pipe cushions – ensuring impact protection along slopes and trails.
- Lift seat cushions – adding comfort and insulation to chairlift seating.
- Custom barrier and fence padding – for lift lines, tubing runs, and terrain parks.

Tubing gate
Our tubing gates are innovative safety devices designed for the start of each tubing lane. Each gate is employee-operated and controls the safe release of riders down the slope. The hydraulic mechanism prevents false starts, ensuring that tubes cannot pass before the gate is properly opened — a major advantage over traditional parking-style gates or traffic lights, where guests can slide underneath.
The gate is removable, allowing easy access for grooming machines, and can be custom-built to any desired width. Because of its reliable hydraulic system, one employee can efficiently operate two tubing lanes, reducing supervision requirements while maintaining a high level of safety and operational efficiency.
